Personal Training Sessions

 

Each session last one hour and includes:

*Stretching

*Cardio

*Weight Resistance

*Reactive Endurance

*Core Training

*Cool-Down

 

Your first work out will include a body fat analysis and body measurements.



1 session-$40

10 sessions- $35 per session

*To qualify for multiple session discount rates, all sessions must be pre-paid. Sessions must be completed within a three month period.

Small Group Sessions

 

Working out can be more fun when shared with friends and family so to encourage this we offer discounted rates for groups of four or more. Create your own class for only $10-15 per session.** This option allows you to specialize your class creating a plan specific to your individual group.

 

** Session charge varies according to location.  

 

Boot Camp

$10 per class (Click here for more information)

 

Clients have the option of having their session(s) performed in their homes, at our training facility or in a public location (park, track, business).
